Jeremiah 29:11

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

This is one of my favorite verse in the bible.  I feel I have a better understanding of the true meaning. "plans to prosper you and not to harm you", I believe this verse still has a very powerful message: God knows us personally, has a plan for us, and allows us to find hope in Him.

I understand that not all Christians are prospered financially (the way many of us would like to interpret the verse). If that were the case, wouldn’t all Christians be rich? What about those who live in third world countries, have little or nothing and suffer daily for the sake of Christ? I know there are Christians who are stronger in their faith than I am, have less than I do, and deserve more. I believe that it is God’s plan to prosper us all in the same way. The important is we must not sit around and do nothing. We must act and grab the opportunity. It is a big challenge in our life. It is important to learn to take risks if we want to be happy and prosperous. And the Scriptures give us hope and encouragement as we wait patiently for God’s promises to be fulfilled

Then and only then will we find Him through Christ and He will bring us out of our captivity to experience the plans He has for us. And finally, God does indeed want us to live an abundant life here on earth but the true plans He has for us will be realized when we meet Him in Heaven.

In everyday life we instinctively follow our belief systems.  Have you ever wondered why some people seem to effortlessly attract things into their lives and some don't? Some people are successful and others struggle to pay the bills, some have a large social network and others don't. You will have the power to replace the complaining with enjoyment and love. Even if something does not go your way, you will be able to be thankful for what you have in your life. You will realize that you did not necessarily need whatever it was you did not get. You can see what you have and be grateful for having that. If you are able to change your mindset into thinking that life is beautiful, you will be happier in your life.

So many of us know that we have the capability to do something wonderful and enjoyable with our lives, yet we allow ourselves and others, to sabotage our efforts. We listen to negative information and take it into our minds as if this negative information were indeed facts about us. Before we know it, we start believing it to be true. When you think that life is beautiful, you will be able to feel better about yourself. There are so many people in this world who need help seeing how great they are. The easiest way for them to do that is by altering their thinking. Instead of saying a lot of no's and negative words, you just replace those with positive words and yes's. Many people who get into the mindset that there is beauty in life actually find that they end up getting more out of life. They have more positive thinking and a more positive outlook on life. They believe that they can do whatever it is they want.

In my experience duplication (or leverage) is hard to come by for the majority of those in your organization. The reason-so many business associates market their businesses the wrong way.

Recently, I was playing basketball with a bunch of friends. Besides shooting 11 points, and really enjoying a great day I got a welcome surprise when I was finished. (although I must admit, it is not a surprise anymore!) As I turned on my account one person joined my organization and I earned Php 1,500! Not bad for four hours on the basketball court. What is the secret? I duplicate myself or leverage through other people.

LEVERAGE IS THE SECRET OF WEALTH

I just want to share some key things I believe are essential in creating wealth. The first is Leverage. Leverage comes in many forms. As an employee, no matter how Well paid you are, you are a source of leverage for your employer.

What is leverage? Creating leverage in your business means to multiply the impact of your time and effort so that you can give more value to more people without working more hours.

The key here is that you will never become wealthy as an employee working for hourly wages or on a fixed salary. You are a SOURCE of leverage for your employer and are not USING leverage to build your own wealth.

So you want to make more money, but you don't want to work more hours. You see people doing it, right? What are they actually doing to make more money without taking away from important family and "me" time? It's simple: LEVERAGE.  Take a Alliance in motion global inc. to leverage yourself.

Lets face it, most people are tired of working so hard for so little. The Rules are different today than 5 years ago; if you are truly going to prosper and to create an abundant lifestyle? you need to join Alliance in motion global AND you have to have LEVERAGE. HOW TO AVOID PROCRASTINATION?

Let's face it: at best, procrastination is unhelpful. Some people procrastinate so much not only their goals but also their personal lives. 

One way to overcome procrastination is to plan before acting. In other words, begin with a written plan of action: a simple and easy one that lays out the steps one by one. Sometimes it's the only way to get there.

Make your first step something you can complete fairly quickly, so you'll feel productive right away. Then start completing the other steps of the plan. But avoid laying out too many steps for a single day, as this could cause you to procrastinate. At the end of each day, look at your progress and then identify the next day's steps.

Another way to avoid procrastinating. When making your plan, you might keep the steps under 30 minutes. If the task will take longer, break it into smaller steps-and then do them one by one. Spreading a large project over several sessions of work can help the project seem more manageable, since you'll continually see progress.

One of the biggest causes of procrastination is perfectionism. To avoid stalling out yourself, aim for progress instead of perfection. Do your best work today, but don't tinker endlessly in pursuit of the sublime. Instead, simply work steadily toward your goal-step by step by step. And keep going until you get it done. No fine tuning or do-overs until the project is finished. 

Sometimes just doing whatever it takes to get started is the only way to get beyond procrastination. If you've got a project you're stalling one, just go ahead and tackle it. Do even one thing, if only for a few minutes. Finally, add some enjoyment-or at least take away actually discomfort.

WE NEED TO LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES

This is a very powerful mindset to have, as it allows us to stay positive when things can go wrong in our life. Instead of seeing these negative part as being a bad omen, instead using them as a way to get more insight to our self and life in general. This in turn will ensure that we are able to remain on the right path to success, and more importantly, it will help us to keep that success in definitely.

In order to learn from our mistakes, it does not mean that we have to intentionally go out and do something wrong. That would just be foolish. Instead, this mindset is allowing us to not be afraid of facing the unknown. In addition, it is about facing the unfamiliar with a good amount of common sense and caution, and it is the type of unaware that will help us to achieve something great and positive in our life.

Keep in mind that both ways of learning are still crucial in truly achieving success, because there are certain mistakes that can be risky or just plain difficult to correct, and it is these mistakes that we should try to learn from someone else's actions rather than our own.
