2. What to put on the board: As I mentioned above, this is a visual representation of you. Target areas of your life that you would like to focus on. For example, business, career, financial, hobby, personal relationships, etc. The possibilities are endless! Maghanap ka ng images sa magazines, actual photos, anything will do. Remember to put titles at the top of the pages for each section.
3. Tingnan mo at basahin ang dream board once a day. Scan the images and remind yourself as to why you want these items and how you are going to get them. By doing this over time, your subconscious will automatically work and gear your brain towards achieving these goals.
